Millennium Gallery
Free city-centre gallery showing Sheffield's metalwork collection alongside major touring exhibitions.

The Millennium Gallery holds Sheffield's Metalwork Collection — centuries of cutlery, silver and craftsmanship from the city that made its name on steel — plus the Ruskin Collection, gathered by John Ruskin for the working people of Sheffield.
Alongside the permanent displays it hosts touring exhibitions from national collections, so there is usually something new. Entry to the permanent galleries is free; some special exhibitions are ticketed.
