Hidden beneath the Art Deco Central Library, the Library Theatre is a compact proscenium venue used by amateur companies, touring shows, music nights and film screenings.

It shares Tudor Square with the Crucible and the Lyceum, so the city's whole theatre district sits within one short walk.
