Opened as the centrepiece of the Heart of the City regeneration, Cambridge Street Collective gathers around twenty kitchens across two floors, from Persian grills to Sri Lankan hoppers, with several bars and a cookery school.

It sits a minute from the Peace Gardens and the Town Hall, so it makes an obvious lunch or evening stop in the middle of a day's sightseeing.
