Little Kelham

A restored cluster of old works turned into low-energy homes, courtyards and small businesses.

Little Kelham wove new eco housing into the surviving walls, yards and chimneys of the old Green Lane and Cornish Place works, keeping the tight industrial grain of the quarter.

It is a quiet, pleasant few minutes' wander of cobbles and courtyards between the Kelham Island bars and the river.

Highlights

  • Old works reused as housing
  • Cobbled courtyards
